Born and raised in Queens, NY on Dec 6,1982. Jessica is the last of four children of Sheila and Alberto Cooper. After losing her mother in 1998, Jessica relocated to Florida where she attended the University of Florida. Throughout high school and college, she enjoyed writing poems and
short stories. Jessica has always used her “pen” to allow people to know the real her. She has told her children often that your voice in this world matters. Jessica is currently a Diamond writer, co-owner of Yummy Prayers and an elementary teacher in Georgia where she lives with her children and husband.
